Job Overview


This is a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Hybrid) role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems.



Key Responsibilities


As a member of our Healthcare Call Center team, you will:



  • Take calls from customers and actively listen to understand their needs
  • Answer questions and provide solutions
  • Manage a steady volume of incoming calls while navigating through multiple systems


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you must:



  • Reside within commutable distance to Guaynabo, Puerto Rico
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to type 25 WPM
  • Have internet speed of 25 download, 10 upload
  • Have keyboarding and software proficiency
  • Be able to effectively multi-task
  • Have a high school diploma, GED or college degree
  • Be able to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program
  • Pass a background check
