About the JobIn this position, you will be responsible for delivering an extraordinary service experience to our customers by answering calls and addressing their queries related to insurance policies, payments, and other services. Your primary goal will be to identify problems, offer alternatives, and solve the needs of our customers in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day support to the Sale Center by creating customer files and policy documentation.
- Handle electronic customer requests and offer information about insurance initiatives, proactive customer outreach, and complaint resolution.
- Process finance contracts, manage institutional account compulsory insurance voucher processes, and receive and document insurance claims.
- Contact pre-determined clients to retain customers and improve premium collection, as well as make outbound calls regarding payments and policy issues.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 24-60 credits approved.
- At least one year of experience in customer service functions, preferably with knowledge in insurance.
- Excellent customer service approach, positive attitude, and proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written).
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and work effectively as part of a team.
This position requires working in a sitting position and using telephone equipment. You must be able to handle difficult situations with clients and possess excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks under time pressure.
