Customer Service Representative II Position

Job Description: Customer Service Representative IIWe seek a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative II. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain control and delivery of non-accountable and accountable mail pieces.
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume, production environment.
- Take direction from supervisor or site manager.
- Maintain all logs and reporting documentation with attention to detail.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and applicable Federal, State, Local and Company safety and traffic regulations/policies.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Must be able to work at a computer for long periods.
- Must be able to stand, walk, simple grasp, reach with hands and arms.
- Must be able to regularly sit, talk, or hear.
- Must be able to possess close vision and ability to focus.
- Conditions may include office environment, computer room, production floor, warehouse, and shipping/receiving.
Estimated Salary Range:$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
