As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support for Management, HR, and Customer Service teams. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering Exceptional Support
  • Providing timely and accurate billing and invoicing for all repair and field service projects
  • Scheduling and coordinating third-party training and meetings
  • Maintaining local HR files and processing PTO records
  • Deposit checks per Accounts Payable procedures
  • Assisting sales teams with Accounts Receivable collections
  • Scanning and filing repair and field service paperwork per record retention procedures
  • Adhering to company policies and safety procedures
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
