Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
About the JobWe are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing administrative processes that support the initiatives and projects of Our People Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the core team in completing specific projects and tasks related to the purpose and culture initiative (sub-initiatives).
- Evaluate resource availability and allocation, escalating and recommending solutions for issues that cannot be easily resolved.
- Schedule virtual or in-person meetings and events, arranging venues and schedules for project contributors.
- Write internal communications, including emails, to inform project team members of important notices.
- Coordinate and have direct responsibility for a specific set of tasks related to the purpose and culture initiative's projects (focus groups).
- Ensure virtual meeting, event, or room setup and logistics are planned and effectively carried out.
- Provide meeting facilitators with pre-session support as needed.
- Liaise with the project management team to ensure the project proceeds smoothly and on schedule.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience in administrative and/or coordination functions and customer service.
- Excellent analytical skills, task coordination, and attention to detail.
- High level of organization to set priorities, work with multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service, and teamwork.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, being flexible to changes.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, among others.
- Excellent written and visual communications skills (English and Spanish).
