Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Puerto Rico. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our HR department, ensuring seamless coordination of various initiatives and projects.


Key Responsibilities



  • Coordinate and execute administrative processes to support Our People Division's goals and objectives.
  • Support core teams in completing specific projects and tasks related to purpose and culture initiatives.
  • Schedule virtual or in-person meetings and events, arrange venues, and manage logistics.
  • Prepare internal communications, including emails, to inform project team members of important notices.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation, escalating issues that cannot be easily resolved.
  • Provide meeting facilitators with pre-session assistance and logistical follow-up for each session.
  • Prepare travel itineraries and distribute travel arrangements and schedules.
  • Liaise with the project management team to ensure smooth project progression and timely completion.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative and/or coordination functions and customer service.
  • Excellent analytical skills, task coordination, and attention to detail.
  • A high level of organization to set priorities, work with multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service, and teamwork.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while being flexible to changes.
  • Proficiency in verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Education and Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred. Proficiency in MS Office applications and excellent written and visual communications skills required.

Salary Range


The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
