Job Summary: We are seeking an highly motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team at QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to executives and team members by answering phone calls, taking messages, and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Ensure efficient and effective office operations by managing supplies, maintaining databases, and handling correspondence.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
