  • Document Management: Create, edit, and distribute administrative documents as required.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of our supervisors.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events with precision.
  • File Organization: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all case files.
  • Verification: Review and verify the accuracy of information in administrative documents.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience working as an administrative assistant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
