Job Summary:
The HR Administrative & Employee Engagement Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR team, assist with employee engagement initiatives, and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment. This is a part-time role that requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to interact with high-level executives and high-profile individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide reception and HR support to the LA Kings and Ontario Reign Business and Hockey Operations staff
- Assist with implementing employee engagement and inclusion initiatives
- Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute employee events and inclusion initiatives
- Conduct external research to assist the team with creative and new employee engagement ideas
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including updating the office seating chart, EDD requests, employment verifications, and file maintenance
- Lead and guide new hire office tours and partner with AEG for intercompany tours
Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree (4-year)
- A minimum of 0-2 years of related experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact in a professional manner with high-level executives and high-profile individuals
