Legal Claims Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Claims Assistant to join our team at Manpower Group Inc. in El Segundo, CA.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have research, administration, and analytical skills within the legal realm, with a strong background in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact and provide services for clients, client counsel, and other professionals.
  • Maintain a service list of creditors and special parties.
  • Prepare schedules of assets and liabilities and statements of financial affairs.
  • Coordinate large-scale mailings, including preparation of affidavits of service.
  • Review contracts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • One to two years of legal background preferred, but not mandatory, with training provided.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
