Executive Assistant to the CEO

At New York Cancer & Blood Specialists, we're dedicated to fostering a dynamic environment where professionals thrive. Our team of 200+ oncologists, hematologists, and staff across 25 locations share a mission to redefine what's possible against cancer and blood disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and prepare them for in-person meetings
- Send meeting reminders and confirmations to the CEO and President
- Manage site visit mapping and run errands as needed
- Order meals for NYC and support the Executive Assistants when unavailable
- Prepare lunch for weekly large meetings and assemble interview packets
- Follow up on meeting reminders and manage scheduling
- Assist all Chiefs with administrative tasks, including printing, scanning, and faxing
- Support board meetings for NYCBS and NYH, including booking dates and venues
- Send out invitations and follow up with attendees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars and records
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Experience in organizing meetings, budgets, travel, and office support
- High performance in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Resourceful, proactive, and effective both as a team player and independently
- Expert written and verbal communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and proofreading
- Reliable transportation for off-site tasks within the local area
