Sales Representative

Sales Expansion Opportunities
This role will be instrumental in expanding our market share within a designated territory by building strong relationships with customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and representing our brand with professionalism and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert top contractors to active customer accounts.
- Develop selling relationships with home builders, landscape architects, and designers.
- Communicate with product managers on item selection, pricing strategy, training, and inventory management.
- Maintain a comparative pricing analysis throughout the territory.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience within hardscapes or a related segment.
- Self-starter with a history of being effective independently and in collaboration.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Established contacts and relationships throughout the assigned territory.
