Your Impact

The Sales Representative for our smallest agencies is a quota-carrying individual responsible for selling Axon's full suite of products (hardware, software, and service solutions) to new and existing law enforcement customers via telesales and onsite client visits.

This is a hybrid role where you will work in a Boston office located downtown 2 days a week and remote from home on the other days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes regional sales plan by outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Outbound and inbound account management.
  • Provide effective product demos for end-user customers via phone and web conferencing.
  • Promote Axon's ecosystems of hardware, software, and service solutions.
  • Attend trainings to develop industry expertise.
  • Travel to client sites and conferences and Roadshows may be required.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent applicable experience.
  • 1+ years experience in a full cycle Sales role.
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication, telephone, and time management skills.
  • Highly energetic self-starter.
  • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
  • Able to multi-task among shifting priorities.
