Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at RheoSense. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative products and services to customers across various industries.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Make sales presentations and demonstrate products as needed to effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
  • Accurately forecast, track, and report monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue streams.
  • Identify new clients and markets that could benefit from our products or services to maximize customer potential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of customer-facing, instrumentation sales, or related industry sales experience.
  • Proven experience in cross-selling, lead generation, sales negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Viscometry or Rheometry background and experience.
  • Ability to speak in public.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position requiring frequent travel to customer sites. A valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record are required when duties require the use of a motor vehicle.
