About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and tactics. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and grow business revenue
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their goals
- Recruit, hire, and train sales associates to ensure a high-performing sales team
- Represent ADP to customers, prospects, and the public through field sales, trade shows, demonstrations, and seminars
Requirements
- 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- College degree or equivalent experience
