Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Puerto Rico. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Mortgage Disbursement Department, assisting with tasks such as preparing checks for mortgage cases, managing signatures, and processing disbursements.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare checks for mortgage cases and manage corresponding signatures.
  • Process disbursements and cancellations of mortgage cases within established periods.
  • Collect and distribute paperwork between departments.
  • Provide customer service and answer phone calls.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 60 college credits or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year of experience in administrative tasks and customer service.
  • Prior experience in mortgage loans documentation is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
