Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments and office meetings
  • Maintaining polite and professional communication via email and mail

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. They must also be able to multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
