Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Closing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing documentation related to the closing of mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with participants involved in the transaction to facilitate a smooth closing process
  • Solve legal issues and analyze title searches to ensure property ownership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • One year of related experience in closing or banking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work with English and Spanish language proficiency
