Sales Development Manager

At BNI, we're seeking an accomplished Sales Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives in the San Juan region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our network of professionals.
About the RoleThis part-time position requires 20-25 hours of work per week, with 80% of your time dedicated to generating leads and closing sales. You'll need to be comfortable working non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to effectively engage with prospects and new members.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve established sales and profit goals through proactive prospecting and sales strategies, targeting a minimum of 3 hours of community engagement per week.
- Educate and sell the benefits of BNI's services to in-person and virtual prospects on a weekly basis, highlighting the value of professional and financial growth.
- Cultivate relationships with potential applicants, develop effective sales pipelines, and convert prospects into loyal members.
- Maintain accurate records of sales leads, including prospect information and member accounts within our company software.
- Provide coaching and guidance to applicants, ensuring they understand and achieve key milestones.
- Foster positive relationships between forming chapters and our Regional Support Team, paving the way for seamless support transition.
- Participate in regular success calls to report progress, successes, and challenges.

- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer and employee experiences.
We offer a competitive monthly commission-based salary, providing you with the opportunity to earn above $45,000 annually. This remote position also offers a sedentary work environment with minimal physical demands.
