About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service. Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by identifying opportunities and implementing effective strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise, to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize losses.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 months experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role. Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages, including MS Office.
