We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our insurance brokerage, you will be responsible for managing an assigned personal lines book of business, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an assigned personal lines book of business, including servicing and processing new business, renewals, and endorsements.
  • Advise customers on coverage and products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with producers to review and analyze incoming applications.
  • Process renewals promptly and keep the renewal expiration list up to date.
  • Cross-sell and upsell to existing accounts, driving business growth and revenue.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, preferably with an agency or company.
  • Excellent communication and critical analysis skills.
  • Ability to evaluate prospects and determine account acceptability.
  • Highly organized and able to manage a large book of business timely and accurately.
