Marketing Account Manager Job Description

CLEAResult is seeking a talented Marketing Account Manager to promote our service lines, capabilities, or campaigns to existing clients and/or new clients in an effort to expand current relationships and continue to present innovation/value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client satisfaction and grow relationships with an assigned group of customers (accounts)
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Program teams, and Program Directors to identify and grow opportunities within various territories
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly results and annual forecasts) including interpreting data analytics
  • Nurture new business with existing clients, identify areas of improvement to meet revenue targets, and/or recommend new and innovative marketing tactics, channels, or service line services
  • Develop an understanding of market nuances relating to assigned client group (relating to marketing: competitive landscape, top performing strategies and tactics, consumer demand, etc.)

Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications preferred
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Client-facing experience preferred
  • Digital marketing experience preferred

Compensation:

$87,300.00 - $131,000.00 USD
