Risk Strategies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Private Client Services group, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our high net worth clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain constructive relationships with clients by meeting and exceeding their expectations
  • Actively service and retain existing accounts, while developing new business opportunities
  • Support Producers through proposals, suspense, and follow-up to assist clients and achieve agency business goals
  • Respond to client inquiries, service requests, and claims issues within established timelines
  • Inform and educate clients regarding coverage, exclusions, and exposures

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in High-Net-Worth client management
  • Valid State P&C brokers' license
  • Industry-specific designations preferred - CISR, ARM, or similar
  • Proficient in insurance agency management systems, AMS 360, and Work Smart preferred
