Customer Support Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at Sagan Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing our website chat function, contacting new leads, and qualifying them through various channels.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, including our client's team and our own project management team. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate lead information in our CRM system and tracking all progress and outcomes.
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of success in sales or customer service roles. You should also be proficient in phone, email, and texting for professional communication, and familiar with CRM tools and lead management software.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities:
- Manage the website chat function, responding to visitor inquiries in real time.
- Contact new leads from web form submissions within minutes of receipt.
- Qualify leads through phone, email, and texting, assessing fit and following up as needed.
- Handle overflow calls during business hours to ensure all incoming inquiries are attended to.

- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and minimal accent.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in phone, email, and texting for professional communication.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management software.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Airtable and CRM platforms.
- Background in customer service or sales related to physical products, specifically building materials.
- Knowledge of US geography to assist in lead qualification and dealer referrals.
