Job Description

As a Program Coordinator, you will oversee the execution of multiple-related construction projects to upgrade and expand existing facilities in Puerto Rico.

Acting as the client representative, this role will ensure project execution aligns with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations while delivering on schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight & Execution: Ensure project execution aligns with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.
  • Stakeholder & Team Management: Manage and support site-level teams, including Site Managers, Construction Managers, Safety Officers, Schedulers/Procore Subject Matter Experts, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Inspectors.
  • Construction Management & Compliance: Oversee contractor performance to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Budget & Schedule Management: Maintain close oversight of project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while preserving quality.
