About the Role

The Operations Coordinator will serve as the right-hand support to the founding partner, providing high-level administrative and operational assistance. This key role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to streamline daily operations, manage priorities, and enhance efficiency across multiple ventures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage correspondence and calendar scheduling using various tools and platforms.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, track client tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Oversee financial processes, including tracking receivables and payables.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in administrative or operational roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong English language proficiency (both written and verbal).
  • Comfort with navigating and learning new software tools.
  • Proactive mindset and strong communication skills.
