About the role: Position: Family Growth Associate Work Schedule: Full Time | 40 hrs per week | Wednesday to Sunday, Mountain Time Salary Range: US$1200 Employment: Independent Contractor (you will receive your salary in full without any deductions)
Role and Responsibilities: As a passionate and empathetic professional, you'll be working directly with real families facing real human challenges.
This is not a typical sales or customer success position.
Instead, you'll empower underserved families to take transformative steps towards accessing care.
Empower Families: You'll act as the primary point of contact for families, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the process.
Set High Standards: You'll maintain high expectations for family care standards and ensure seamless coordination with our clinical team.
Uplift Families: Guide families through complex healthcare systems, providing support and clarity at every step.
Serve as Advocate: Offer encouragement and assistance during challenging and celebratory moments, serving as a strong advocate for families' needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across departments to advance our mission, working closely with Clinical, Product, and Documentation teams to align and support family care initiatives.
Provide Insights: Share valuable feedback to improve processes and enhance the family care experience.
Requirements
1. Has 1-4 years of experience in roles like Sales Development, Account Management, Customer Success, Call Center, or Customer Service (phone-based).
2. Excellent Spanish and English communication skills
3. Skilled in managing complex projects with attention to detail.
4. Ability to connect with different client personalities and handle diverse situations with flexibility.
5. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or spreadsheets
6. Genuine care for vulnerable and underserved populations with limited access to healthcare.
7. Willingness to go beyond a 9-5 mindset to provide extra attention and support to families in need.
