A Brief Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining top talent within the organization. This includes supporting staffing analysis and capacity planning, developing recruiting plans, and providing guidance to leaders on reorganizations, retention efforts, and Talent Management initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with organizational leaders to identify needs and create plans that minimize talent gaps
- Build strategic partnerships with senior leadership and other business stakeholders to provide consultation services on HR matters
- Implement talent management practices to promote employee engagement
- Provide personalized guidance to leaders on consistent application of HR practices
- Participate in regular meetings with business leaders to offer HR insights and guidance
- Identify individual and group development opportunities to support Talent Management
- Support internal surveys and assessment processes to enhance performance and engagement
- Coordinate job descriptions, salary recommendations, and compensation analysis
- Plan and execute recruitment processes and programs to align with company policies
- Compile recruitment statistics and provide reports to business groups
- Maintain organizational charts, headcount, and vacancy reports
- Conduct exit interviews and review feedback with leaders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Psychology, or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
- At least three to five years of experience in Human Resources, with at least three years as a generalist with recruitment and selection
- Experience with application tracking systems
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated project management and organization skills
- Excellent English and Spanish written and oral communication skills
- Customer focus skills
- Strong interpersonal relations and communication skills
- Negotiation and influencing skills
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
