About the Role

As an Executive Assistant at UNITED MOVEMENT INC, you will be working closely with the Chief Director Executive and responsible for tasks delegated by the executive. Multitasking is crucial in this role, as every day brings new challenges and different routines.

You will work with various company officials and learn how the company's backend works. This is not a typical nine-to-five job or just sitting at a computer desk all day.

The personnel must be open to flexible hours and able to travel on demand for any task delegated by the Chief Executive.

Detailed Work Activities
  • Schedule operational activities, as requested by the executive.
  • Prepare or complete documentation for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance, as requested by the executive.
  • Coordinate operational activities.
  • Distribute incoming mail.
  • Compile data or documentation.
  • Order materials, supplies, or equipment has been requested by the executive.
  • File documents or records.
  • Explain regulations, policies, or procedures to work members.
  • Read materials to determine needed actions.
  • Perform administrative or clerical tasks.
  • Confer with coworkers to coordinate work activities.
  • Record information from meetings or other formal proceedings.
  • Transcribe spoken or written information, as requested by executives or clients.
Compensation

This job will be under contract for professional services for a time period of six months; of probation.

With a rate of $12.00 dollars per hour, for an average of 30 to 35 hours per week.

Depending on demand, this job includes weekend jobs that will be paid separately.
