Job Overview
The Lot Management Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the operations of our services, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
This role will be responsible for receiving and storing units, preparing reports, and supporting voluntary deliveries in the Lot.
Main Responsibilities
- Receive and store units in the designated areas, ensuring they are properly labeled and tracked.
- Prepare reports on unit movements, washes, and other relevant activities.
- Support voluntary deliveries in the Lot, coordinating with colleagues and clients as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of unit movements, washes, and other activities.
- Assist in preparing a weekly inventory of units in the Lot.
Essential Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant field.
- Familiarity with commercial and tech courses or equivalent training.
Desirable Qualities
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Bilingual English / Spanish verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze problems and apply rules to real situations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external peers and clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Speed and accuracy skills in data entry.
