About the role:
As an Executive Assistant, you will be working side to side with the Chief Director Executive and will be responsible for any tasks delegated by the executive.

Multitasking is a crucial part of this role since every day brings new challenges, and different routines. As an EA, you will work with different company officials and learn how the company’s backend works. This is not like the typical nine-to-five job, nor is it just at a computer desk all day. For this role the personnel need to be open to flexible hours and able to travel on demand for any task delegated by the Chief Executive.

Schedule operational activities, as requested by the executive.
Prepare or complete documentation for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance, as requested by the executive.

Distribute incoming mail.
Compile data or documentation.
Order materials, supplies, or equipment has been requested by the executive.
File documents or records.
Explain regulations, policies, or procedures to work members.
Read materials to determine needed actions.
Perform administrative or clerical tasks.
Confer with coworkers to coordinate work activities.
Record information from meetings or other formal proceedings.
Transcribe spoken or written information, as requested by executives or clients.


Compensation:

This job will be under contract for profesional services for a time period of 6 month; of probation.
With rate of $12.00 dollars per hour, for an average of 30 to 35 hours per week.
Depending on demand, this job includes weekend jobs that will be paid separately.
