This role requires an exceptional Executive Assistant/ Administrative Assistant who can provide personalized support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be highly communicative, and have a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities.

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled professional who can efficiently manage the day-to-day tasks of our executives, including scheduling, email management, and document organization. This is a remote work opportunity that offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing the successful candidate to work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support: Provide direct support to executives, including managing calendars, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate and maintain executive schedules, arrange meetings, and handle schedule changes with ease.
  • Project Oversight: Monitor project deadlines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and effective execution.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel, including itinerary planning, expense tracking, and real-time support.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and execute corporate events, including team-building activities, client presentations, and other engagements.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
  • Proven ability to handle complex schedules and international travel logistics.
  • Expertise in digital tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and project management software.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
