About the Job

The Senior Executive Assistant will work closely with the founding partner to streamline daily operations, manage priorities, and enhance efficiency across multiple ventures. This dynamic role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Correspondence and Calendar Management: Manage incoming messages across various platforms, prioritize tasks, and oversee calendar scheduling using tools like Outlook and Calendly.
  • CRM and Task Management: Maintain and update CRM systems, monitor client tasks using Todoist, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Financial Oversight: Track receivables and payables, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Process and Workflow Management: Bring structure to unorganized or unclear tasks, creating clarity and actionable steps, and proactively identify inefficiencies to recommend workflow improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong English language proficiency (both written and verbal).
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative or operational roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Comfort with navigating and learning new software tools.
  • Strong communication skills and proactive mindset.
