Site Operations Manager

Integrated Medical Services (IMS) is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to join our Primary Care Department. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our team members, ensuring smooth patient flow and physician satisfaction. This role involves preparing patients for exams, recording vital signs, and documenting medical records accurately. The Site Supervisor will also coordinate patient care, perform office-based testing, and administer medications as needed. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and functional environment, prioritizing patient workflow, and supervising staff. **Key Responsibilities**
- Provide coverage and support to team members to ensure smooth patient flow and physician satisfaction.
- Prepare patients for exams, record vital signs, and document medical records accurately.
- Coordinate patient care, including pre-certifications, referrals, authorizations, prescriptions, and scheduling of patients for clinic, hospitals, and other ancillary medical treatments and tests.
- Perform office-based testing and administer medications as needed, following established policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and functional environment, including cleaning and disinfection of equipment, exam rooms, and storage areas.
- Prioritize patient workflow and supervise staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred.
- 1-3 years' experience supervising a clinical setting, with supervisory experience in a clinic or hospital setting, including medical insurance, coding, and reimbursement.
- Medical Assistant Certificate or Medical Assistant Diploma, and medical office experience are required.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and to manage multiple changing priorities in an effective and organized fashion.
- Ability to respond to emergent or stressful situations in a calm and professional manner, and to interact with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
- Intermediate computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
