Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a skilled Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our apartment community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure the efficient and effective management of our community.

• Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of community staff
• Ensure the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports
• Manage a highly skilled on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation
• Ensure excellent customer service to all residents and prospects
• Achieve high resident retention and leasing expectations

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional with:

• Leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent mathematical skills (high school level)
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license
• At least two years of apartment management experience
• Tax Credit experience is preferred
