Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including hiring, training, and supervising team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and laws
  • Monitor food and beverage quality and execution
  • Conduct quarterly food reviews and prepare and receive orders of food and beverages
  • Manage local restaurant marketing, sales building, and community involvement
  • Facilitate and participate in continued education programs

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant management experience
  • High personal integrity, professionalism, and maturity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship management and performance management skills
  • Ability to motivate and direct team members and work effectively in management teams

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience, with a pay range of $70,000 - $75,000 per year, plus quarterly bonus potential.
