Key Responsibilities:- Lead the technical sales project team to deliver high-quality solutions to clients
- Develop and define technical solutions in collaboration with clients, sales teams, and in-house experts
- Negotiate technical requirements and specifications with clients
- Establish project plans, including design, bid preparation, and technical due diligence
- Drive internal technical reviews of client tender material and final contracts
- Excellent practical and people management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to interface with multiple parties
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or similar) with good business acumen
- Several years of experience in the Wind Turbine industry, preferably in R&D, project management, or sales
- Understanding of the offshore environment and large construction projects
- Experience in contract negotiations, preferably for wind energy or large construction projects
