">About the Role
">We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant Manager who can provide administrative support to our senior executive. This is a unique opportunity to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing day-to-day tasks, handling outreach, and assisting with both personal and team projects.
">Main Responsibilities

- Executive Support: The successful candidate will manage the executive's calendar, meetings, and communications, assist with booking reservations and researching local services, support legal and KYC paperwork as well as personal tasks, and handle cold outreach via email and LinkedIn to potential clients or candidates.">
- Administrative and Operational Support: The Executive Assistant Manager will research and negotiate with local service providers, manage schedules and updates for eBay and Airbnb listings, and facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure timely project progress.">
- Communication and Outreach: The successful candidate will handle cold outreach to potential clients or candidates via email and LinkedIn, ensuring professional communication and maintaining accurate records of outreach and follow-ups.">

- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong written communication skills for outreach and correspondence.">
- Responsiveness in messages as needed, including weekends.">
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.">
- Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.">
- Comfortable working independently, with a high level of ownership over work responsibilities.">
- Proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and stay on top of responsibilities.">
- Must be responsive to messages, including weekends, as needed.">
- Tech-savvy and experienced with tools like Notion and Google Calendar.">
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting high-level executives or founders is required.">
