Job Title: Business Development Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at Jobleads-Us. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Engage with stakeholders to comprehend their critical business needs and objectives
  • Lead the creation and execution of solutions that align with clients' goals
  • Focus on enhancing customer loyalty and executing impactful corporate initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Currently reside in the specified market area for hybrid work requirements
  • At least 8 years of B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 500 companies, with no more than 3 job changes in the last 10 years
  • Proven track record of new business development in marketing solutions or professional services
  • Experience closing high-volume sales ($250k+ per sale) and managing diverse sales cycles (3 to 12 months)

Compensation:

We offer a base salary of $135K (non-negotiable) with the potential to earn between $175k - $200k in the first year through commissions.
