Job Summary

The Director of Business Development will lead the pursuit of new business and expansion/renewal business as applicable. A successful candidate will coordinate the complete sales cycle process, including lead generation, prospect qualification, and leading the cross-functional pursuit team by providing clear direction on deal strategy, pricing, service, value proposition, and presentation message and medium.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead deal pursuit, create deal and pricing proposals, and negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Continued commercial support on accounts closed and explore cross-selling opportunities for existing clients.
  • Further education on verticals for consultative selling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
  • Five (5) years or more sales experience, with 3 years at quota and 2 years at 75% of quota.
  • Understanding of services, costs, pricing, and value.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $160,000, with the potential for bonuses and commissions.
