Office Coordinator

We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team in the Mailroom Department. This role will support the company's daily operations by ensuring the processing of incoming and outgoing mail in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Printout email inbox where they will print off appeals, medical record requests and any other outgoing items for the insurance companies that need to be mailed
- Sort incoming mail
- Scan to appropriate person/entity
- Prepare documents and other items for shipping
- Weigh mail and calculate correct postage
Requirements:
- No minimum experience required
- Ability to work Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-2pm
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
