Job Title: Administrative Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Office Coordinator to join our team at Firma de Reclutamiento en PR. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and plan events with precision and attention to detail.
  • Assist with various division projects, ensuring all project components are well-coordinated and executed on time.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that requests and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels, fostering a cooperative and positive working environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Office Systems (preferred).
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a personal assistant to executives or senior managers.
  • Expertise in handling sensitive corporate information with utmost discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Advanced proficiency in using software and office tools, particularly in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
