Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Cultivate relationships with retail partners and educate store staff on Murad brand knowledge and product demonstration
- Plan and execute events to drive sales and product awareness
- Review and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty industry or health and wellness space
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding retail sales
- Excellent sales and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Competitive base salary: $70,000 - $75,000
