About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Support Specialist to join our team at Walmart Global Tech. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our critical AML application.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide level 2 and level 3 technical support for the AML application, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide fix recommendations to ensure long-term resolution.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and runbooks to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.
  • Design and implement architectural solutions for support tools and automation.
  • Build utility tools to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support training environment and production environment releases as needed.
  • Perform network and system administration duties, including installation, testing, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of network services hardware and peripheral devices.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in IT, with a strong background in technology, system management, and integration.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Experience with root cause analysis, problem-solving, and issue resolution.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and experience with implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.
  • Experience working on cross-functional project teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
