Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Operations Analyst III to join our team at Walmart Global Tech. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for developing program strategies and plans, project contracts, implementation plans and schedules, program and project monitoring and control, management of finances, building stakeholder consensus, coordination with business operations and maintaining technology landscape awareness.

About the Role

The Technology Operations Analyst III will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure projects for Walmart and Sam's Supply Chain facilities. This includes planning and implementing IT infrastructure projects, managing complex information technology programs and projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop program strategies and plans, project contracts, implementation plans and schedules, program and project monitoring and control, management of finances, building stakeholder consensus, coordination with business operations and maintaining technology landscape awareness.
  • Manage complex information technology programs and projects, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure projects for Walmart and Sam's Supply Chain facilities.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the team's delivery of projects.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area.
  • 2 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with project stakeholders, leadership, business customers, and vendors clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to influence and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Able to work in a high-performing environment with tight deadlines and elevated expectations.

We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Location

This role is based in Bentonville, AR, and may require occasional travel to support project implementations and training.
