Job Summary

The Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom team is seeking an experienced Healthcare Professional to serve as an Occupational Health Specialist. This critical role involves providing comprehensive health and wellness services to all employees, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement occupational health strategies that promote employee well-being and safety.
  • Conduct thorough health assessments and manage workplace injuries and illnesses in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to employee health and wellness programs.
  • Promote education and training on workplace health and safety best practices among employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in occupational health, emergency care, or a related field.
  • Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong clinical and assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant health and safety standards.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, our benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
