Job Summary
This position involves developing and executing sales strategies to promote services and equipment in the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and leadership, with experience in managing budgets and supervising personnel. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in health administration, nursing, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management, patient care, or similar roles.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Dynamics GP.
- Experience preparing reports and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience supervising personnel.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
- Ability to conduct research, analyze trends, and assess risks.
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
