Healthcare Team Leader Position at Abarca Health

Abarca Health is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Service Operations team in a leadership role. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team of professionals and contribute to the success of our company.
About the Role:
- As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our Rx Customer Service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- You will also be responsible for monitoring call center performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to meet service-level standards.
- In addition, you will assist with training and development courses, both team-based and one-on-one, to ensure that team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
- An Associate's Degree in Pharmacy Technology or a related field (or equivalent relevant work experience).
- At least 5 years of experience working in pharmacy or healthcare call centers.
- Proven track record as a team leader or supervisor, with excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
