About the Role: As an Administrative Assistant at QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks, including calendar organization, email management, and document preparation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other office management tools.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
