About the Role: As an Administrative Assistant at QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks, including calendar organization, email management, and document preparation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other office management tools.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
