Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at Aireko. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and procuring electrical materials, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and procure electrical materials and equipment
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
  3. Negotiate contracts and prices
  4. Evaluate financial risks and develop budget plans
  5. Process requisitions and update management on status
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments through trade shows and conferences
  7. Develop and maintain records of purchases and supplier information

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
